About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, particularly with schools, educational institutions, corporates, and other institutional clients.

The role requires extensive field visits, client meetings, relationship management, follow-ups, order generation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential schools, educational institutions, corporate clients, and other B2B customers.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate new business leads.
• Meet school management, administrators, purchase teams, principals, and other key decision-makers.
• Present the company's uniform and apparel products to prospective clients.
• Generate enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities through field activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

School & Client Acquisition:
• Identify schools and institutions requiring school uniforms, sportswear, house uniforms, and other apparel requirements.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective school and institutional clients.
• Understand client requirements, specifications, quantities, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert enquiries into orders.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired customers.

3. Client Visits & Relationship Management:
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with school management and purchase teams.
• Handle client queries and provide timely responses.
• Collect feedback regarding products, pricing, quality, and service.
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional business.

4. Order & Sales Coordination:
• Collect purchase orders and confirm
