Role Purpose

The Senior Consultant delivers analytical and advisory support for network and telecommunications sourcing engagements. The role audits carrier-provided network and IT services, performs financial and contractual analysis, supports sourcing strategy development, and prepares RFP documentation.





The position requires solid financial-modeling capability and working knowledge of telecom and network services, carrier pricing structures, and contract terms.

Key Accountabilities

Engagement Delivery

• Develop service inventories and financial baselines using client systems, telecom expense management platforms, and carrier billing portals.
• Analyze carrier proposals, contracts, amendments, and pricing structures.
• Support sourcing strategy development aligned to client operational, technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
• Develop RFP documentation, including pricing templates and evaluation models.
• Prepare and deliver client-ready analyses and recommendations.

Financial and Contract Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate sourcing scenarios and total cost of ownership.
• Identify pricing discrepancies, billing issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Assess commercial terms and contractual risk elements.
