About the Role
We are hiring a Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of hotel accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with hotel teams and with our internal Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage hotel accounts across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through retention and renewal, with a focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel partners.
• Support customers in adopting and getting value from DigiStay products.
• Monitor account health metrics such as CSAT (customer satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score).




• Identify and address retention risks early.
• Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams.
• Plan and execute strategies for portfolio growth and referrals.

Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong client relationship management and commercial judgement.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Strong customer retention and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong ownership and follow-through.
