Senior Associate – Growth & Marketing | Native

About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Native Growth & Marketing team, you will own some of the biggest growth levers for Native—from identifying where growth will come from to building the plan, launching it, measuring the impact, and scaling what works.
Native is building a new-age consumer brand across categories such as Water Purifiers and Smart Door Locks. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work at the intersection of business, marketing, product and consumer behavior, with a direct line of sight to revenue.
You will be expected to think like a business owner. That means you won't just receive a campaign brief and execute it—you will help define what problem we need to solve, what the right growth lever is, how we should solve it, and how we know it worked.
You will work across the entire growth funnel—from product and pricing to discovery, conversion and retention—and take initiatives from 0 → 1 → scale.

What You'll Own
1. Find the Next Growth Opportunity
A big part of your role will be figuring out where the next unlock is.
You will:
• Deep dive into business and funnel data to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Understand consumer behavior and speak to users to uncover what is driving—or preventing—conversion.
• Identify opportunities across product, assortment, pricing, offers, merchandising, channel experience and retention.
• Turn insights into transparent hypotheses and action plans.
• Take ownership of solving the problem, not just reporting it.

For example: Why are users dropping off? Why is one product converting better than another? Is the issue pricing, messaging, trust, discovery or the product experience? What should we test next?
