Verdantis is an AI-native enterprise software company building MRO360 (AI-native MRO inventory optimization and EAM) and Verdantis MDM (master data management and governance), selling into large global enterprises with a primary focus on North America. We're scaling rapid and rebuilding how we generate and convert pipeline, using AI as a core operating tool, not an add-on.
The Role
We're looking for someone to own demand generation end-to-end: paid advertising, outbound, ABM, and the automation layer connecting them. This isn't a role where campaigns are handed to you to execute. You'll own a pipeline number, and you'll have real say over the tools, workflows, and systems used to hit it. If manual, one-off campaign work bores you and you'd rather build something that compounds, this is your role.
You're joining at a moment where the function needs to be rebuilt, not just staffed, so expect ambiguity and expect to create your own roadmap rather than wait for one.
What You'll Own




• Paid & outbound channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and outbound sequencing, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization
• Pipeline volume: Build and scale demand generation so qualified pipeline grows without linearly scaling spend
• Lead quality & ICP fit: Tighten targeting, scoring, and qualification so what comes in is actually sales-ready, not just volume for its own sake
• Personalization at scale: Use AI and automation, including enrichment, intent signals, and AI-assisted messaging, to make outbound and ABM feel 1:1 at a scale a human alone couldn't sustain
• Attribution & measurement: Build the reporting and attribution layer needed to know what's actually working. This doesn't exist today, so you're building it from scratch
• Tooling & stack decisions: Propose and own the marketing technology and automation stack within an agreed budget, choosing what to use based on what
