Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels
• Partner with HR Head as well as internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand recruiting priorities to fulfill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and interview teams to guide and implement an effective and productive interview process
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms and channels
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Perform reference checks and negotiate job offers with potential hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Brandmovers by hiring talented people of varied background
