Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Engineering will lead high-impact engineering delivery for global industrial product businesses, managing multidisciplinary India engineering teams across mechanical, electronics. The role is accountable for technical execution, program delivery,



stakeholder partnership, talent development, operating discipline and continuous improvement. The incumbent will serve as a trusted engineering leader for global operating company, partnering closely with engineering, product management, R&D;, operations and business stakeholders to deliver new product development, sustaining engineering, VAVE and manufacturing support priorities.

Reporting To: Engineering Leader, Team Size: 20-30 engineers
Location: Bangalore – Onsite presence is necessary.

• Define and execute India engineering goals aligned with global operating company priorities, product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Own operating cadence, resource planning, delivery commitments, annual budget inputs, forecasting, engineering metrics and governance for assigned teams and programs.
