About us
Focus Elixir is a founder-led D2C wellness brand building India's first focus shot. We're early, we move fast, and we'd rather ship and learn than sit in meetings. We are looking for a pro-active person who takes on responsibility. If you want to own real operations end-to-end and watch a brand scale from launch, keep reading.

The role
You'll own the entire back end of how our product reaches customers — across our website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce. Orders go out clean, on time, and nothing stocks out. You'll work directly with the founder, largely unsupervised, across platforms.

What you'll do
Order & dispatch operations
• Manage daily orders across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website
• Generate labels, coordinate packing (a packer supports you), and schedule courier pickups
• Monitor shipping, track deliveries, and handle returns, refunds,

and PROTECTED-T / replacement claims
• Own RTO and NDR — keep return-to-origin low and chase failed deliveries

Store & catalog management
• Build and maintain listings across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify
• Keep listing health clean — titles, images, content, suppression issues, category compliance

Reporting
• Build and update operational reports bi-weekly — orders, inventory, RTO/NDR, sell-through, stock-out incidents
• Flag problems early with numbers, not vibes

Must-haves
• 1-3 years in D2C or marketplace operations
• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — listing, catalog, fulfilment, returns
• Comfortable running Shopify order operations
• Strong with logistics workflows — label/manifest generation, pickup scheduling, courier dashboards (Shiprocket / Delhivery / similar), and RTO/NDR handling
• Excel / Google Sheets at a real level — pivot tables, VLOOKUP,
