Role Summary & Context

We are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and high-energy performance marketing executive to steer direct acquisition and marketplace growth for our fast-scaling footwear and casual lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid campaigns across major marketplace ad engines (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra) as well as primary paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

The ideal candidate combines strong media buying expertise with commercial acumen—balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS), and product-level unit economics across quick-moving seasonal collections and innovative core product lines.

Core Performance Mission





Drive profitable customer acquisition and maximize catalog visibility across both company D2C web properties and third- party marketplace channels by deploying strategic keyword bids, creative A/B testing, audience retargeting, and rigorous daily budget allocations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Performance Management: Own end-to-end execution and performance on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Flipkart Ads (PLA, PCA). Actively manage bid structures, keyword harvesting, competitor conquesting, and Buy Box visibility to meet monthly GMV targets.

Paid Social & Search Advertising: Oversee full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook Ads Manager) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display) to scale brand discovery, store traffic, and first-time buyers.

Campaign Optimization & ROAS Governance: Continuously monitor daily ad spend, CTR, conversion rates, blended ROAS, and ACOS/TACOS. Identify underperforming SKUs and reallocate spend toward high-velocity
