We are looking for a energetic Sales Development & Digital Marketing Executive to support our international business development activities, primarily targeting companies in the USA and UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and research potential clients in the USA and UK.
• Build targeted prospect lists of companies, decision-makers and business owners.
• Use LinkedIn, email, online databases and other digital channels for prospecting.
• Conduct outbound calling and cold outreach to prospective clients.




• Send personalized LinkedIn messages and email campaigns.
• Qualify prospects based on their staffing, outsourcing and business requirements.
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales/business development team.
• Follow up systematically with prospects through email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and opportunities in CRM.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and gradually move prospects through the sales pipeline.

2. Digital Marketing
• Manage and support Fincore's digital marketing activities targeted at international clients.
• Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn presence and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content related to:
• Remote staffing
• India outsourcing
• Finance & Accounting outsourcing
• BPO/BPM
• Cost optimization
• Offshore teams
• Virtual CFO services
