Job Description:
The Tech TA Lead will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche, international technical hiring — with a sharp focus on Robotics and adjacent deep-tech talent across global markets (US, UK, Germany, Japan, Korea, and other key geographies). This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the global robotics talent landscape and can personally source, engage, and close highly specialized engineering and research talent, while also building scalable sourcing strategy and market intelligence for the function

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete hiring lifecycle for international technical roles — requisition intake, global sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure — with a primary focus on Robotics.
