About the Team:
As a member of the Analytics, Reporting, and Collaborations (ARC) Team, you will have the unique opportunity to assess the performance of social media properties across various platforms. This includes analyzing content effectiveness, narrative patterns, content formats, audience sentiment,



and the broader impact on public perception—using a combination of both quantitative and qualitative insights.

What Would This Role Entail?
• Leadership Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the execution team and top leadership. Present performance data, drive discussions, secure project approvals and manage delivery timelines to keep work aligned with executive expectations
• Performance Analysis: Monitor organic and paid performance across core platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Track metrics like reach rate, engagement depth, sentiment, and social listening trends to evaluate overall campaign impact.
• Strategy Optimisation: Provide data-backed recommendations to optimise posting schedules, content formats, campaign hooks, and messaging across social channels.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, performance and audience behaviour to spot content gaps and growth opportunit
