Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow key

e-commerce accounts, primarily Nykaa and Myntra.

The candidate will be responsible for account management, revenue growth, sales planning,

inventory availability, product listing, promotions, commercial coordination, and maintaining

strong relationships with account/category managers.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

• Manage the day-to-day business and relationship with Nykaa and Myntra.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and account

managers, and other key stakeholders.

• Understand account requirements, business plans, commercial terms, and growth

opportunities.





• Conduct regular account reviews and share performance updates with management.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Nykaa and Myntra.
• Prepare account-wise sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales, GMV/revenue, sell-through, margins, a

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels and product availability across Nykaa and Myntra.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely replenishment.
• Ensure availability of fast-moving products and minimize stock-outs.
• Track purchase orders, sales orders, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

Marketplace Management

• Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, product content, images, and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and catalogue

updates.
