Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern – Sales to support our client acquisition and partnership efforts. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring sales professionals who want practical experience in lead generation, communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Generate leads for Cravent’s branding, marketing, website, and digital services.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable Cravent services.
• Schedule meetings and support the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
• Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Build qualified relationships with prospects and business partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients and assist in closing deals.
Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, or business development.
• Basic knowledge of social media, email, and online research.
• Confidence in speaking with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
