About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager – Arthroscopy to drive the growth and development of our Arthroscopy product portfolio. The role will involve product strategy, market analysis, product launches, sales enablement, surgeon engagement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's presence in the Arthroscopy segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of the Arthroscopy product portfolio, from product introduction to growth and phase-out.




• Develop product strategies based on market requirements, customer needs, competitor activities, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for recent products, product extensions, and portfolio expansion.
• Prepare product positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and launch strategies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Arthroscopy products, surgical techniques, and clinical applications.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to understand market size, trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Track competitor products, pricing, product launches, promotional strategies, and market positioning.
• Identify gaps in the existing portfolio and recommend opportunities for business growth.
• Develop periodic market intelligence reports for management.
