Job Description: Business Development Manager

Role Overview
Aureva Capital is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to introduce an cutting-edge employee retention and motivation tool to corporate clients.

You will be responsible for building the corporate sales pipeline, approaching HR leaders, founders, CFOs and business decision-makers, understanding their employee-retention and benefits requirements, presenting our product, coordinating product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms and converting prospects into paying corporate customers.

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Days: 5 Days

Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Corporate Sales Pipeline
a. Identify companies that could benefit from the product.
b. Build and maintain a database of prospective corporate customers.
Prospect through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, referrals, events and industry networks.
c.



Identify the right decision-makers within target organisations.
Generate meetings with HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, CFOs, Finance Heads and senior management.

2. Understand Customer Problems: Engage with companies to understand Existing employee retention programs.
a. Current bonus and incentive structures.
b. ESOP / retention-plan usage.
c. Gratuity and long-term employee-benefit processes.
d. Employee engagement and retention challenges.
e. How the company currently allocates budgets toward long-term employee benefits.
f. The objective is to identify where our product can provide a more structured alternative

3. Present & Sell product
a. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

4. Achieve Sales Targets: Own monthly and quarterly targets for:
a. Qualified corporate leads
b. Meetings booked
c. Product demonstrations
d. Proposals
e. New corporate accounts
f. Employees enrolled
g. Assets/contributions facilitated through customers
