Job Description
- Lead portfolio monitoring, delinquency analysis and risk performance tracking
- Develop and refine credit strategies across customer lifecycle stages
- Partner with business, product and data science teams on risk initiatives
- Drive scorecard optimisation, decisioning rules and underwriting frameworks
- Generate actionable insights through advanced analytics and portfolio reviews

The Successful Applicant
- 10-15+ years of experience in Risk Analytics,



Credit Risk or Quantitative Analytics
- Strong exposure to Business Loans and/or Personal Loans portfolios
- Hands-on expertise in SQL and Python/R with strong statistical foundations
- Experience managing teams and influencing senior business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of predictive models, portfolio management and risk strategies
