The incumbent will join the Smart Fees (Fees & Expense Management) department and be responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and management of fees related to Brokerage, Clearing, Exchange, and other market infrastructure services in accordance with client service-level agreements.

The role requires a strong understanding of OTC and Listed Derivatives products, fee structures, invoice processing, and exception management. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage complex reconciliations, drive issue resolution with external vendors and clients, contribute to process improvements, and support junior team members.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the candidate should demonstrate a solid aptitude for technology, automation, and emerging AI solutions. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys exploring new tools and technologies, and can identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Reconciliations





· Reconcile fees related to OTC and Listed Derivatives products, including CDS, IRS, FX, Equities, Bonds, Futures, and Options.

· Perform detailed analysis of brokerage, clearing, exchange, and regulatory fee calculations.

· Independently manage complex exceptions and disputes through to resolution.

· Review, validate, and process invoices while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and control.

· Ensure all client SLAs are met and proactively escalate critical issues where required.

Process Improvement & Controls

· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen controls.

· Perform root cause analysis on recurring exceptions and implement sustainable solutions.

· Contribute to the enhancement of operational procedures, policies, and SOPs.
