* Exposure to GIFT City, FEMA and regulatory advisory environments is highly preferred.

* RBI/SEBI Compliance Advisory & Regulatory Interpretation

* Secretarial, Board & Shareholder Meeting Compliances

* Regulatory Filings, Inspections & Audits

* Valuable to Have: Tax Structuring & Regulatory Structuring

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- CA qualification is mandatory; CS is good to have.
- Candidates should have 5-9 years of PQE with relevant experience in the consulting, advisory, or BFSI sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and regulatory interpretation skills
