Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
✅ Develop and implement scalable data migration strategies
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legacy data and SuccessFactors data models
✅ Design mapping documents, transformation logic, and migration templates
✅ Execute ETL processes using SAP and third-party tools
✅ Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
✅ Support mock migrations, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 6+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementations
? Proven experience in data migration for Employee Central, Time, and at least one other module
? Solid knowledge of HR data structures and business processes
? Experience performing data migration using templates for Employee Central and Time Off
modules
? Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• SAP Infoporter
• SAP Data Services (BODS)
• SuccessFactors Admin Center (CSV Templates)
• SAP CPI / Integration Center
• ETL tools
• SAP Migration Cockpit tools and methodology
? Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, and scripting for data
transformation
? Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy in HR systems
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central / Data Migration)
? Experience with integrations to SAP ECC/S4HANA
? Familiarity with Agile methodologies
