Why we're hiring:

The Senior Manager –Treasury Center of Excellence (COE) will be responsible for leading and strategically directing the global Treasury operations, with a core focus on Bank Reconciliations, Bank Account Management (Admin),



Cash & Liquidity Management, and Treasury Controls.

This role requires a seasoned leader to drive best-in-class operations, lead system automation (Auto-Reconciliations, TMS, ERP integration), optimize banking relationships, and ensure rigorous compliance and SOX controls across multiple operating companies (OpCos) and geographies.

What you'll be doing:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership & Treasury COE Management
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing Treasury COE team, overseeing end-to-end Bank Reconciliations, Bank Administration, and Treasury operations.
- Formulate and execute the strategic roadmap for the Treasury COE to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and control mechanisms.
- Act as the strategic liaison between Local Finance teams, OpCo Controllers, Group Treasury, and external Banking Partners.
- Standardize, mandate, and continuously update global Treasury & Bank
