Job Description:
Role Purpose

The Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable (Payments) is responsible for accurate, timely and controlled execution of payment activities across legal entities, currencies and banking channels. The role owns SAP payment runs, payment validation, manual and statutory payments, bank debit reconciliation, clearing, audit support and resolution of payment-related queries. The incumbent will act as a senior operational resource, manage exceptions, support team capability, and strengthen standardization, automation and internal controls across the payments process.

Role Scope




- Execute and monitor recurring, urgent, statutory, intercompany, employee, credit card, payroll funding and Supply Chain Finance payments.
- Operate across SAP S/4HANA, bank portals and SAP Treasury payment processes.
- Ensure complete documentation, appropriate approvals, segregation of duties and accurate clearing or reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Procurement, regional finance teams, banks and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Payment Runs and Proposal Governance
- Create and execute payment proposals and payment runs in SAP S/4HANA using F110 based on due dates, payment parameters, company codes and payment methods.
- Validate invoice selection, payment methods, currencies, house banks, bank accounts and banking combinations before submission or release.
