The School Driver is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities, ensuring a secure, punctual, and comfortable journey while following all traffic laws and school policies.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other school activities

Follow assigned routes and schedules
-
Ensure students board and exit the vehicle safely

Maintain order and discipline on the vehicle
-
Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections before and after trips
-
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
-
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
-
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school policies
-
Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for school vehicle)
-
Clean driving record
-
Previous driving experience preferred
-
Knowledge of traffic laws and road safety practices
-
Ability to manage and supervise children responsibly

Physically fit and able to assist students when needed

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Background check and medical clearance (as required)
Working Conditions

Morning and afternoon shifts, with possible additional hours for school events
