Skill Area: DevOps Engineers
Primary Technology: Azure + Databricks Infrastructure
Mandatory Skills (Must‐Have):
- Strong skills in cloud development, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform
- Solid skills in CI/CD such as Azure Pipelines or GitHub Workflows
- Experience in Azure Databricks infrastructure
- Knowledge of Python, Bash, or similar programming languages
- Experience with automated testing, preferably Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- Quality mindset with attention to detail and best software development practices
Optional Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare or Finance
- Knowledge of the SAS Viya platform
- Experience with Entra ID access management
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain DevOps pipelines for Azure-based environments
- Automate and manage Azure + Databricks infrastructure using IaC
- Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows
- Set up automated testing frameworks
- Collaborate with cloud, data,
and engineering teams for seamless releases
- Contribute to scalable DevOps architecture discussions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 6–12 years of experience in DevOps engineering
- Robust experience in Azure; Databricks experience required
