Configuration and trouble shooting of issues as part of Service
operations.
- Administration,
Addressing performance related issues.
- SOP creation
& Runbook.
- Handling L2
& L3 Tickets.
- Administration,
Configuration, Troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Optimal




qualification for success on the job is:
- Intermediate
Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper,
HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5, Radware, ITIL.
- Graduation with
Computer & Electronics background.
- Bachelor in
Computer science or B.E.
