Role Descriptions: Monitor and acknowledge alerts| ensuring timely responses. Perform initial troubleshooting to validate alerts and execute standard runbooks for routine fixes. Manage incident tickets effectively| categorizing and prioritizing them. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams with complete analysis. Maintain alert hygiene and support scheduled jobs and health checks.

Essential Skills: Experience with APM checks is advantageous. Knowledge of standard operating procedures for routine fixes is beneficial. Familiarity with generating reports and dashboards can enhance performance.



Understanding of network and storage monitoring is a plus. Previous experience in NOC operations is desirable.Experience in monitoring tools| particularly LogicMonitor| is essential. Proficiency in incident management systems like ServiceNow is required. Basic troubleshooting skills for validating alerts and performing health checks are necessary. Familiarity with cloud monitoring metrics is important. Solid communication skills for escalating issues effectively are a must.
