Job Description:
Role Summary

Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing test and automation solutions for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across NPI and Contract Manufacturing environments. The role requires robust hands-on experience in product testing, automated test systems, electrical troubleshooting, equipment deployment, and manufacturing validation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing test plans, procedures, test coverage, and acceptance criteria for BESS products and subsystems.




- Drive development and implementation of automated End-of-Line (EOL), functional, and electrical test solutions.
- Define and validate test equipment, instrumentation, fixtures, DAQ systems, switching systems, communication interfaces, and test software.
- Develop and support test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, PLC, or equivalent platforms.
- Drive digital test execution, automated data collection, traceability, and report generation.
- Support electrical and functional testing including HiPot, Insulation Resistance, Ground Bond/Continuity, voltage/current measurement, I/O, interlocks, communication, and charge/discharge testing.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for product, test equipment, and manufacturing failures.
- Read and analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architectures to resolve technical issues.
- Lead test equipment installation, debugging, FAT/SAT, validation, and production
