Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and continuously improve reporting solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI data models, reports, and visualizations aligned with defined KPIs
• Develop complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics, trend analysis, and performance tracking
• Integrate data from multiple sources and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and refresh schedules
• Implement best practices in Power BI, including row-level security, workspace management, and access controls
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize report performance to ensure a seamless user experience
