We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.
Role Description:
You will be working as FS SW Architect/Expert/Senior Engineer for Advance Safety, UX & BCM projects. In particular you will be responsible for:
1. Analyze customer safety requirements and support the engineering team to prepare the technical Safety Concept and Technical Safety
2.
Manage all functional safety relevant interactions with internal and externals, work on POC, RFQs, bringing up the technical SW
architecture
3. Developing FuSa SW Architecture and working on SWE1 – SWE6 WPs creation
3. Technical guidance on the implementation of Safety Mechanisms, Protected states and in other technical FS aspects to the teams.
4. Working knowledge on ISO26262 and testing the product
5. Provide necessary support to all competency teams to design Software/System/ architecture in accordance to ISO26262
Your Background:
- A graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with 11–12 years of experience, hands-on SW development, Safety Analysis, and Tool Qualification
- A go-getter with strong communication skills, who challenges ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv’s mission
