Hands-on experience with OpCon or similar workload automation tools.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).
