Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth: Define and execute the overarching commercial strategy for steel products (rebar, wire, structural steel) to grow market share and revenue.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage regional and corporate sales teams, setting clear KPIs, sales targets, and ensuring accountability.
- Key Account Management: Build and manage high-level relationships with distributors, large industrial clients, contractors,



and project managers.
- Price Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with high-volume buyers.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to align production targets with inventory levels and market demand to ensure on-time delivery.
- Financial Control & Receivables: Oversee commercial budgets, P&L;, credit discipline, and receivables management to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Market Analysis & Business Development: Identify recent markets, emerging trends, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
