About this Role





We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support financial and operational decision-making by delivering insightful analysis, structured reporting, and performance measurement. The role focuses on producing accurate financial and headcount reporting, enabling forecasting, and partnering with business, finance, and HR teams to provide actionable recommendations. The individual will contribute to process efficiency through reporting automation and ensure timely delivery of both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders

What you’ll do

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines and quality standardsDeliver and maintain a portfolio of scheduled reports for business stakeholdersDevelop and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI, including interactive dashboards to improve accessibility and informed decision-makingSupport process
