Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Strong hands-on experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers including installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting (Must Have)
- Experience deploying and supporting Java applications on Tomcat
- Experience setting up and automating CI/CD flow (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, etc.) (Must Have)
- Experience or exposure to Red Hat OpenShift or containerization/Kubernetes platforms (Good to Have)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Shell scripting
- Familiarity with Dynatrace application monitoring will be a plus
- General Knowledge of Networking
- Production support experience with enterprise applications
- SQL/database experience
- Change management and incident management experience




- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
- Robust communication skills both verbal and written for a client-facing role
- General knowledge of APIs and Web Applications

Ability to work on a flexible time schedule outside of normal working hours for production deployments and application support
