What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Human Resources division. This position falls under our corporate business and is located in the Nagpur office. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) works closely with our India-based teams to develop and execute methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top skilled talent for the organization. The TAP manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and presenting offers. The TAP is expected to meet hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned.
How We Work
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment - 5 days per week in the office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Sourcing passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
- Effectively communicating the company culture and roadmap to a broad range of candidates, prospects, and industry professionals.
- Working closely with management on all initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
- Working as a strategic partner to the business and building trust with hiring teams.
- Working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Preparing job descriptions and managing postings on CCS’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites.
- Managing all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks,
