Carry out timely and accurate Equity Settlement for accounting
- Equity Settlement on STP including custody and broker confirmation
- Co-ordination with Equity Brokers and Dealers and Custody for trade settlement
- Calculation of Margin payable
- Provision of equity related cash flows in the cash flow projections

Support the Accounting and Valuation of Equity Portfolio across funds for NAV release
- Creation of Equity and Broker Master
- Timely and accurate accounting of Equity Trades
- MTM valuation of Equity Portfolio across fund groups
- Tracking and accounting of Corporate Action

Undertake Daily checking of Debt Valuation and Accounting for ensuring accuracy of NAV’s released
- Checking of Debt Valuation across all funds
- Checking of Debt Accounting across all funds

Preparation of MIS for Management review, financial reporting and Audit Data
- Preparation of Financial Reports as per IRDA, Schedule VI & IFRS.
- Preparation of daily, monthly, yearly MIS
- Preparation of To-be-Revived Policies reconciliation




- Adhoc investment MIS as and when required by IRDA, Actuary, Front-Office, Taxation, Planning and Management.
- Co-ordination with statutory, Internal & Concurrent auditors
- Timely and accurate vendor payment

Project support
- Facilitating in testing and implementation.

Ensure timely & accurate submission of cash flow for optimum utilisation of funds.
- Validate correct accounting and reporting of unit capital on daily basis in cash flow in coordination with client service team.
- Monitor timely coordination with custodian & banker for trade settlements, margin payouts, and corporate receipts on daily basis.
- Monitor timely coordination with accounts for transfers of funds towards creation/redemption of units, expense, policy loan, payments and capital contribution.

Ensure daily reconciliation and timely provision of audit data
