Technical Skills (Must have):
• Broadcast Service Delivery - Good Understanding of Department SKUs. Ingest, Playout & Distribution workflows and how they are used to deliver services
• Broadcast workflows, automation systems, content delivery.
• Cross Functional Collaboration - Able to communicate promptly and effectively with internal teams & customers on operational matters
• Software -Good Proficiency in using Amagi/3rd party software & other applications used for service delivery of MS services (ex CP, Skynet, TAG, MC, Zixi)
• Demonstrable ability to follow 1st line troubleshooting SOPs using these applications
• Problem Solving - Ability to break down complex problems into manageable actions
• Operational Processes - Good understanding of operational processes used within broadcast operations

• Time Management - Ability to prioritize and manage workload according to the needs of your functional areas
• Knowledge Sharing - Sharing expertise (top down) through training or mentorship
