Required Skills
58 years of experience in RPA development
Proficiency in Power Automate Power Apps and scripting PowerShell Python
Experience with OCR AI Builder and adaptive cards
Knowledge of ALM and CICD pipelines for Power Platform
Robust problemsolving and debugging skills
Domain knowledge in one or more industries eg finance logistics
Activities
1System Health Monitoring
aPerform daily system health checks to ensure all automation servers are online and connected
bMonitor automation executions and identify any processes stuck for extended periods
cRaise and track incidents for automation or infrastructurerelated issues
dEnsure overall platform stability and availability
2Email Monitoring Administration
aMonitor automation failure s and create incidents for genuine failures
bProcess user requests for bot trigger retrigger and rescheduling activities
cMonitor P3 automation completion statuses and raise incidents for any exceptions or failures
dTrack password expiry s for application and bot accounts and perform password resets proactively
ePerform monthly PAD application upgrades and server restarts to maintain platform security and reduce vulnerabilities
3ServiceNow Incident Request Management
aAssign unassigned incidents and service requests SRs
bIdentify and cancel duplicate incidents and service requests
cInvestigate troubleshoot and resolve incidents and SRs within SLA timelines
dCreate Bugs and Enhancem
