Position Overview:

· We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong SQL and Data Migration experience to join the Technology team.

· The primary focus of this role is migrating data from legacy MS Access databases to up-to-date relational database platforms.

· The candidate should have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and migration automation using Python.

· This is a data migration-focused role and not an API or Microservices development position.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze and understand MS Access databases, including tables, relationships, queries, and data structures.

· Develop Python-based utilities and scripts for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and migration.

· Perform data migration from MS Access to PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or other target databases.

· Write complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
