Strong proficiency in Java 8, including knowledge of Streams, Lambdas, Functional Interfaces, and other modern Java features.
Expertise in Spring Boot for developing scalable, modular backend services.
Solid understanding and hands on experience in Microservices architecture, including concepts like service decomposition, inter-service communication, and resiliency patterns.
Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, including best practices, security, versioning, and performance optimization.
Good working knowledge of MS SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with distributed version control systems, especially Git.
Experience working in a Protected Agile environment or similar scaled agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment of Java applications, cloud databases, security, and monitoring.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Ability to mentor junior developers, support team growth, and contribute to best practices and code quality improvements.
