Our People team is growing, and we're looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a key link between HR, the business, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll lead critical people and performance initiatives that reflect and reinforce our solid company culture and values. As a trusted advisor, you'll support regional business units by designing and implementing commercially focused HR solutions. You'll collaborate closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to deliver strategic projects, while continuing to provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Business Partnership
• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Use data and insights to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing, engaged,
and inclusive teams.
• Talent & Organizational Development
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify critical capabilities and establish talent development plans.
• Drive performance management processes and build a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.
• Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including team structure design and change management.
• Employee Relations & Risk Management
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Navigate disciplinary cases, grievances, performance concerns, and organizational restructuring with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across APAC markets.
