We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Business Manager Support- Performance and Operations
In this role, you will:
• Responsibility for working with teams across Retail, Finance, Operations, and Wealth & Personal Banking to create, submit and track against cost plans as part of the process and ensure accurate forecasts against plan are maintained on an ongoing basis throughout the financial year.




• Own the framework for recharges to and Retail, ensuring the model reflects the agreed charging principle (allocation based on Invested Assets) and aligns to Finance policy and the month-end timetable.
• Drive transparency of Wealth Premier Solution service consumption and cost-to-serve, helping Retail understand the linkage between manufacturing activity
• Identify and deliver efficiency opportunities within cost pools (or allocation approach) to reduce the cost-to-serve, and track benefits through to reduced recharge outcomes.
• Ensure strong controls, documentation and audit readiness, including version control, evidence retention, maker-checker, and periodic validation that the remains fit-for-purpose.
• Maintain and control inputs and assumptions, including definition, cut-off dates, Retail segmentation rules, treatment of new propositions, campaigns, or one-off costs, any floors/caps, smoothing, or true-
