Finance & Operations Lead

What you'll do:

• Own day-to-day cash flow tracking and forecasting
• Chase outstanding payments/invoices with clients and vendors, professionally and persistently
• Manage bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial summaries for the C-suite
• Liaise with our CA/accountant for GST, TDS, and compliance filings
• Flag cash flow risks or anomalies early
• Set up and improve basic financial processes/systems as we scale (e.g., invoicing templates, expense policies)

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in accounting, finance ops, or bookkeeping (startup experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or similar, plus Excel/Sheets
• Accurate, organized, and comfortable following up firmly but politely
• Someone who treats company money like it's their own — this role needs real trust
• Self-directed; comfortable working remotely with a small, fast-moving team

Nice to have: exposure to Indian startup compliance (GST/TDS/ROC basics), experience with a founder-led team.
