Job Summary

Responsible for driving the growth and market penetration of the Whipping Cream category by building strong relationships with chefs, bakers, patissiers, and foodservice customers. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets through customer acquisition, account development, product demonstrations, recipe applications, and consultative selling. The incumbent will identify market opportunities, support new product launches, provide technical and application-based solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service, effective collections management, and sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute the customer and channel business plan within the assigned territory to drive category growth and achieve sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, bakers, key customers, and decision-makers while ensuring effective customer engagement and business development.

• Work closely with the Food Service Development and Sales teams to introduce new products, applications,



and cutting-edge solutions that create value for customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by supporting customer acquisition, expanding distribution coverage, and increasing category penetration.

• Ensure high standards of customer service by coordinating effectively with sales coordinators, promptly addressing customer concerns, and supporting seamless order fulfillment.

• Monitor customer performance, business potential, and market opportunities to drive sustainable growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables, monitor customer financial health, and collaborate with relevant teams to minimize overdue payments and credit risks.

• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's products, capabilities, and value proposition through customer visits, demonstrations, chef engagements, and industry events.
