Position Purpose: The PERSEUS platform (Tagetik) is the application to consolidate the figures of the BNP Paribas Group.

The role covers publishing, quality-control, release coordination, minor-change management, and day-to-day user support.

The role is pivotal in guaranteeing that business users receive accurate, timely insights while maintaining the operational integrity of the DANAE Power BI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Publish new and updated Power BI reports to the Power BI Service following defined naming, security and documentation standards.
• Conduct pre-release validation including data refresh, visual integrity, access rights and sign-off in collaboration with data owners.
• Coordinate scheduled releases and hot-fixes with the development and BI team, tracking version numbers and deployment timelines.
• Log, assess and prioritize minor change requests including visual changes, filter additions and layout adjustments,



and ensure timely implementation.
• Perform routine health checks including data refresh status, performance metrics and usage analytics, and raise alerts for anomalies.
• Maintain a catalogue of dashboards, meta data and change logs to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the first line of contact for dashboard users by troubleshooting access issues, answering functional queries and providing guidance on self-service features.
• Produce and update user guides.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze usage patterns and propose enhancements to improve usability, performance and data quality.
• Stay up to date with Power BI releases, current visualizations and best-practice guidelines.
