Your next role

The ideal candidate will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are installed according to specifications, codes, and safety standards. This role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Manage and supervise on-site Mechanical, Electrical,



Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, and PHE installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing (PHE), and associated building services installations to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of site issues.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP GFC (Good for Construction) drawings in advance to identify clashes, design gaps, constructability concerns, and coordination requirements.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, MEP designers, contractors, and project teams to obtain timely design clarifications and drawing revisions.
• Provide technical solutions and guidance for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Plumbing systems, ensuring uninterrupted progress of site works.
