About the Role
Sociapa is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Campaign Strategist based at our Noida office to lead digital strategy, communication planning, and daily brand development for our flagship FMCG and Food & Beverage client portfolio.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between brand objectives and digital creative execution. You will map out high-impact digital campaigns, build compelling food-first content strategies, and craft modern consumer promotional avenues that drive brand recall, cultural relevance, and consumer action.
Key Responsibilities
FMCG & Food Brand Communication
Own and evolve the digital brand narrative, messaging pillars, and tone of voice for FMCG/food client accounts.
Turn culinary nuances, product attributes, regional taste preferences, and food trends into relatable, thumb-stopping digital storytelling.
Manage day-to-day digital brand development to ensure high creative quality and brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
End-to-End Campaign & Content Planning
Conceptualize and architect integrated digital campaigns (product launches, festive pushes, seasonal activations, topical/moment marketing).
Develop monthly and quarterly content architectures covering recipe videos, short-form reels, static carousels, interactive community polls, and influencer briefs.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with internal copywriters, visual designers, video editors, and account management teams to bring campaign ideas to life on time.
Promotional Avenues & Modern Activations (Added Advantage)
Ideate structured consumer promotional campaigns, including on-pack digital integrations (QR codes, scratch-and-win activations, microsites), contests, and digital sampling drives.
Align strategic ideas with up-to-date retail and delivery avenues (e.g., Quick-Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zep
