Orica Digital Solutions is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow the Geosolutions In-Situ business across Asia. This role is accountable for translating market opportunity into sustainable commercial growth across mining and infrastructure customers. You will lead complex solution-based sales involving hardware, software, monitoring and services, while building trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.





The role is expected to operate across markets, balance regional consistency with local dynamics, and bring disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and commercial judgement to every stage of the sales cycle.

This position may be based at any of Orica’s major office locations across Asia, subject to local employment arrangements, right-to-work requirements and business needs. You will be required to travel up to 50% throughout the region, as needed.

What you will be doing

• Own and execute the regional sales and business development plan, including account priorities, pipeline, forecasting and growth targets.

• Lead current business development to grow the customer base in the region.

• Drive commercialization of a multi‑stack geotechnical solutions portfolio, spanning hardware, software, services, and monitoring solutions.
