About the Role
PeoplePilot is building an AI-native recruiting platform designed to help recruitment teams manage candidates, conversations, screening, outreach and hiring more effectively.

We are looking for someone who can help us take the product to market and acquire our first meaningful base of external customers.

This is an early-stage GTM role. You will work directly with the founder and have considerable freedom to experiment with how we reach and convert customers.

What You'll Do
• Identify recruitment agencies, staffing firms, RPOs and recruiting teams that could use PeoplePilot.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, communities, partnerships and other channels.
• Connect with founders, recruitment leaders and decision-makers.
• Introduce PeoplePilot and arrange product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert interested organizations into active users.
• Help list and promote the product across relevant platforms such as G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, F6S and SaaS/HR-tech communities.
• Work with us to identify which messages,



markets and acquisition channels work best.
• Share customer feedback directly with the product team.

Who We're Looking For
We would like to speak with people who have experience in one or more of:
• B2B SaaS sales
• Business development
• Startup growth / GTM
• Recruitment or staffing
• HR technology / recruitment technology
• Lead generation and outbound sales
• LinkedIn prospecting
• SaaS partnerships

You should be comfortable working independently and building opportunities rather than waiting for leads to be assigned.

What Success Looks Like
Our immediate objective is to get PeoplePilot into the hands of external recruiting organizations, understand what drives adoption and build a repeatable customer acquisition model.

We are ultimately looking for someone who can help us move toward our first 100 active external organizations.
