Owns the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain C++ software components, Windows-native services, and system utilities that support business-critical applications.



Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and compliant with established software development standards.
• Own and support the build, release, and deployment ecosystem, including MSBuild projects, batch scripts, installers, and diagnostic tools. Continuously improve build automation, developer productivity, and release repeatability.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues by analyzing application logs, crash dumps, Windows Event Logs, memory dumps, and system diagnostics. Perform root cause analysis and improve product quality.
• Modernize and refactor legacy codebases while preserving backward compatibility and minimizing operational risk. Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and regression validation, to safely introduce improvements.
