Role: Project Administrator

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: INR 300,000 – INR 350,000 per annum plus company benefits (this is the maximum range on offer - if this is not suitable please do not apply)

Interview Process: 2 stage

Hours: Monday – Friday: 37.5 hours (between 9am – 6pm)

Following internal promotion, we now have a new opportunity for a proven project administrator to join the Kinly Global Services Division, to support the Operations and PMO on the various projects globally; providing administration internally to ensure required documentation and data are prepared and managed in a professional manner by following process and standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Project tracking, administration, reporting & analysis.
• Prepare documents and handle data accurately by following global standards and process.




• Closely follow up and work with Project Managers to ensure smooth documentation submissions.
• Verify documentation prepared by other teammates before external submissions.
• Tracking and completion of client specific documentation.
• Provide status updates in timely manner.
• Ownership of assigned tasks through to completion.
• Shift work is required to cover different time zone.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a busy project setting as a project administrator
• Flexibility to cover global shift patterns as required
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects
• Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in using Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint
